An unexpected problem occurred late on holiday, 5-27-13, beginning of a busy week for me. I talked with my Buick advisor, Steve Lubecki, at Reichard who got me in at 8 AM the following morning. Steve knew I had appointment back in my community (12 miles south Reichard) so with his close attention, the problem was solved and repaired, and I was out by 10 AM - able to keep my 11 AM appointment as well a three other appointments within the next two days; one of which was 50 miles away. I like the dealer , I like the service department, I like the Sales People - - - -but I hate GM. A poorly designed tiny piece of plastic broke on the latch to the glove box. It cost $100 to repair a clearly defective design. A caring, responsible car company would not put such shoddy ---- in their automobiles. Read More >>
